Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from Animal Gifts 4 U. You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PURCHASING
  When you submit your order you are allowing Animal Gifts 4 U to use your personal details to fulfill your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via email, telephone or letter. Animal Gifts 4 U will not pass on your details to any unauthorised person or persons. 

PRICING
We will endeavour to keep prices constant, but this is not always possible. We will frequently be changing and updating our range and cannot commit to the long term availability of any items. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY
From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 working days or less. If stock is not immediately available, for what ever reason, we will make every effort to deliver your goods within 28 days. If you require your order urgently, please ring or email for a stock availability update. Personalised items and made to order items may take longer, but you will be advised of this, as part of the product description. The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you require are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening a full refund will be made. Free deliveries can only be made to UK addresses, including BFPO and Channel Islands. Delivery to non-UK addresses, will be charged cost of carriage in addition to the cost of the product. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel, or give alternative delivery instructions when placing your order.

CANCELLED ORDERS.
You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund within seven days of placement of order, or seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the later. However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund provided that they are complete with all packaging and in an un-used and re-saleable condition. You must inform us by telephoning 023 8060 1992, or by email, your intention to cancel your order. Once the goods have been received by us, a full refund will be issued. For your own protection, we advise you to keep a posting receipt of any goods you return. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.

RETURNS POLICY
Damaged/Faulty Goods.
Animal Gifts 4 U supply goods which are guaranteed to be of good quality. In the event that any product purchased proves to be unsatisfactory in use, due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund within seven days of the receipt of the goods, or as soon as replacement stock is available.

To check that you are in a secure area of our site please check your screen for a closed padlock. When placing an order we automatically use secure server software (SSL) which encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. When submitting your order you are confirming to purchase goods and allowing Animal Gifts 4 U, to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods.

DATA PROTECTION
As customers are our most valuable asset we strive to protect their details and as required by UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you.

PRIVACY WARNING.
Given the global nature of the World Wide Web, any posting on the animal Gifts 4 U site (including any which contain personal information) is, of course, accessible to internet users around the world and must be made at the poster's liability.
