Order Placing Guide

1) Choose your item.

2) Click on the "add to basket" button beside your item.

The "Shopping Basket" window will be displayed.

3) Check that your order is correct.

If you want to change the quantity of an item to be ordered, change the value to the number you require, then click the "Update basket" button to recalculate the cost. If the quantity you want to order is more than the available stock, the system will automatically override your quantity and insert the available stock quantity.

If you want to order more items, click the "<< back to shopping" link and repeat the above process.

If you want to delete an item entirely, click on the X in the red circle next to the item, or change the item quantity to zero and click the "Update basket" button. If you do this for all items in your basket, it will have the same effect as clicking "Clear basket" (see below).

If you want to cancel your choice/s entirely, click on the "Clear basket" link and then, when the "Shopping basket is empty" message is displayed, click on the X to close the "Shopping basket" window.

4) When you are happy with your choice/s, please click on the "Checkout" button.

Checkout

1) If you are a new customer, the "Your info" page will be displayed. Please enter your name and address details. If you wish to register with Animal Gifts 4 U to simplify the ordering process in future and to be able to view the status of all your orders, please also tick the "Register..." box and select a login name and password. After entering all your details, type the four digits shown in the security image into the box at the end of the page and then click on the "Continue" button. The "Delivery" page will be displayed.

If the "Your info" page is displayed but you have already registered with Animal Gifts 4 U, you can enter your details by clicking on the "Login" link. Once you have logged in, the "Delivery" page will be displayed.

If you logged in before clicking the "Checkout" button, the "Delivery" page will be displayed immediately.

2) On the "Delivery" page, check that the delivery address is correct, then click "Continue". The "Payment" page will be displayed.

3) On the "Payment" page, check that the billing address is correct, select one of the payment options, then click "Continue". The "Confirmation" page will be displayed.

4) On the "Confirmation" page, check that all of your order details are correct. If you need to change anything, use the menu at the top of the page to go back to the required page. If everything is correct, click on "Place order". Once you click on "Place order" the order will be recorded by Animal Gifts 4 U and an order confirmation email will be sent to you, but you will still need to complete the payment process.

Payment

1) If you select to pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal secure payment website.

If you have a PayPal account and have previously logged in to PayPal from your current browser, the first page that is displayed will be similar to the image below.

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, click on the "Continue" link just above the credit card icons.

If you wish to pay from your PayPal account, enter your details in the box on the right and log in to PayPal.

If you have not previously logged in to a PayPal account on your browser or have just clicked the "Continue" link on the first PayPal page, a page similar to the following will be displayed.

PayPal Secure Payment Service

To complete your payment by credit or debit card, follow the instructions on the left hand side of the PayPal page.

To pay using a PayPal account, log in to PayPal via the box on the right hand side of the PayPal page.

If for any reason your payment processing is interrupted and does not complete, you can restart the payment process by following the link in you order confirmation email to your order status page and then clicking the "PayPal Pay Now" button on that page. Cancellation of order

If you change your mind and would like to cancel an order, please email sales@animalgifts4u.co.uk with your name and order ID and we will cancel the order for you.

Viewing Order Status

If you have registered with Animal Gifts 4 U, you can see the status of all your orders by doing the following:
Login to Animal Gifts 4 U
Click on "Your account" in the menu at the top of the page
Click on the link under "Order history" to see the status for all your orders
Click on an individual Order ID to view the details for a specific order

All customers, whether registered or not, can see the details of an order by following the link in their order confirmation email.
